About The Owners
Lee Warren Homes, Inc. is owned by Lee and Stephanie Warren, of Farmville,
North Carolina. Both Lee and Stephanie are lifelong residents of Pitt County,
with Lee being from the Belvoir area and Stephanie being from Ayden.
Lee has been in the carpentry business for 20 years. Prior to going into
business for himself full time, Lee was employed with the City of Greenville
Buildings and Ground division. While employed with the City of Greenville, on
a part-time basis, he continued to do cabinet work. Building cabinets for
homeowners is where Lee’s interest and passion was at the time, and he
eventually went into business for himself under the name of Custom Cuts for
seven years. He specialized in custom kitchen and bath cabinets, as well as
beautiful entertainment centers, trim work, decks and the occasional piece of
furniture.
After serving as the general contractor for their own home, Lee developed an
interest in building homes and pursued his license. In 2003, Lee earned his
residential contractors license and formed Lee Warren Homes, Inc. While still
having demands for beautiful cabinet and entertainment centers, it was decided
that the services that were offered by Custom Cuts would still be available to
customers through Lee Warren Homes. When walking through a home built
by Lee Warren, a potential homeowner will notice the attention to detail that a
“cabinet and trim man” offers.
While Lee serves as the general contractor, Stephanie works with the financial
end of the business and the interior decor. Stephanie also serves as the
Controller of CopyPro, Inc, where she has been employed for over 20 years.
